Easy Shipping & Easy Return!
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of the shipment leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@NATravelers.com
Depend on location, delivery time will vary. You should get your item within 2-3 weeks (depending on your product and country). International orders can take a longer delivery period.
- USA: Between 10 - 25 days
- Canada: Between 16 - 30 days
- Europe: Between 15 - 35 days (UK: 12-25 days)
- Australia: Between 12 - 25 days
- All Others: Between 20 - 50 days (ask and we will provide you with the information)
If you want the product couriered, we can also ship with Fedex, UPS, an DHL at extra cost. Please contact us for a quote.
Most of the products come with a tracking number. Rarely, some of our global suppliers do not always provide tracking numbers. We will send you a tracking number via Email. In some cases, it can take up to 5 days. You can later track your Order by clicking on "Track Your Order" in the Mail Menu.
If you didn't receive an Email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Chargeback, in some cases, Emails don't get sent automatically.
Received Defect? Let us know!
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
To be eligible for return, your item(s) are to be damage upon receiving.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to order@NATravelers.com and we will process from there, simple as that!
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
